Project Appraisal / Development and Planning Advice

As a true general practice, a proportion of our work in Manchester involves advice on building development. This usually begins with site acquisition and runs through the design process, procurement of the building operation, obtaining of tenants, fitting-out etc. We have a proven track record at project co-ordination and offer initial advice on such matters as planning approval, environmental appraisals etc. before incurring substantial costs with other specialist consultants. We have links with most Local Authority planning departments in Manchester and understand the workings of the general planning policy and the evolving Local Development Framework.
