A New Year....

2011 was a year when deals needed not just a nudge to get them over the finishline but sometimes a very big shove! Our industrial/commercial agency have had a number of successful lettings in what was a difficult market. Will 2012 fair any better? Will we avoid the double dip that so many predicted....well it maybe that we might just avoid a second quarter of negative growth as manufacturing rallies a little and parts of the retail sector perform well but it is a very mixed bag and we look to be set for an uncertain time for a while to come yet. It certainly is not all doom and gloom but it is a cautious market
